Christian Counseling
You may be wondering, "what does professional counseling from a Christian worldview mean?" If you're a Christian, you probably have a view of life that is influenced by your faith, affecting everything from how you spend your time to how you raise your kids. Your faith influences what you value and what you value goes a long way in determining how you live. When you face problems, you don't leave your faith and values behind. Instead, your faith plays a vital role in how you navigate life's challenges. Therapists at Abide Christian Counseling are trained in different counseling approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy; and, our counseling and therapy are framed by the values and principles of God-inspired, Biblical scripture. Each of our therapists is a practicing Christian and each is a state-licensed, master's level therapist. We will always meet you where you're at in your faith. We see your values and faith as strengths to be incorporated in the counseling process.

You also may wonder "but what if I'm not a Christian?" That's okay too! Whatever your faith or religious status is, if you feel that professional counseling from a Christian worldview is a good fit for you and something you are interested in, please contact us to get started, we look forward to talking with you. If you do not feel that a Christian worldview is a good fit for your therapy journey, also please feel free to contact us if you would like referral assistance; we care deeply about finding a therapist who will be the best fit for you and your healing process, even if that's not us.
